Wu Kunxiong, the executive chef of Hainan Yatai Hot-spring Hotel, specializes in Cantonese dishes, Joan cooking dish. He was ever the executive chef of Nanshan hotel at Sanya Nanshan cultural tourism zone and executive chef of Sanya Serenity Marina hotel. He became a member of Cuisine Association of Hainan province and has won gold award of the world Chinese cuisine competition, gold award of the fourth session Chinese culinary skills innovation competition and was awarded the title of top ten executive chef.
