    Bathing tips

    Yatai teaches you the science enjoy hot spring:
    1. Close your eyes , meditation , deep breathing for times, and take  more easy.
    2. No more than 3 times per day for bathing hot spring, generally from low temperature to high temperature, taking 15-20 minutes break during each bathing.
    3. Don't be in the hot spring for more than 10 minutes ,make sure exposing your body above the chest to be out of hot for having a rest spring in time, and do not keep your body above the chest in the hot spring for more than 10 minutes
    4. Sweating, dry mouth, chest tightness and other discomfort during bathing because of the high temperature in the hot spring, it is normal reaction as blood circulation too fast. In this case, only replace the cold water or have a little rest off water, drink plenty of water to relieve.
    5. People with heart disease, hypertension, skin allergies or physical discomfort, are not  to bath hot spring.
    6. As fasting may cause fatigue, have a little rest or take a nap after dinner when you are ready for bathing hot spring.
    7. Sleeping a while after drinking to bathing hot spring, in case of stimulating the blood, which may make physically exhausted to meet accident.
    8. Long journey fatigue, can not be suddenly bathing hot spring, should be a little rest as well to make physical recovery to bath.
